Supplies and Maintenance Department

SMD is responsible for overall management of commodities placed under its custody i.e. from reception to distribution. This department also handles maintenance of vehicles and machineries owned by REST.

Targets:

1. Receive and distribute around 50000MT of food
2. Process of EFSRA loans and repayments when required
3. Secondary transport from central stores to distribution sites
4. Maintaining proper records and documents in order to track commodity movement
5. Conduct 1423 scheduled/preventive maintenance
6. Conduct 1150 breakdown/ corrective maintenance
