Human Resource Department (HRD)

 

The main task of the Human Resource Development and Administration Department (HRD) is to create conducive working environment both for staff development and for administration and institutional capacity building to ensure better and more sustainable organization performance in program implementation.
The department activities include personnel and Archives, training and the general service, and other routine administration activities.The planned activities of the department mainly focus on capacity building of the organizations’ staff by critically examining the training needs of each department against the organizations goal and requirement and availability of finance. Besides, due attention will be given to recruitment of additional technical and administrative experts.
