Objective

• Extract up to 70mts deep ground water using Drilling Rig “R50” and Lift the water using cased and installed Afrrdev hand pumps
• Establish water & sanitation committee
• Provision of spare parts, maintenance and training the beneficiary at site level.
• Develop bore holes that serves 900 to 1100 beneficiaries and hand over to wereda water resource offices.

Solar pump water development

Objective

• Extract safe, clean and adequate deep ground water using solar energy
• Harvest the extracted water in elevated 15m3 reservoir and distribute with gravitational energy
• Construct pipe line, distribution points, cattle troughs , installation of submersible pump and solar panels
• Integrate with micro irrigation family drip system.

Develop Solar water pump that could serves 750-1100 beneficiaries and 624 -810 live stock.
